yes it is true but I don't think to many people would like it because as far as I know you can't create anything it is just to check up on your planet... I have also heard that spore might be on other sytems like the wii 360 and ps3 but those are only very hard to find rumors.(took me hours to find them)

I want Spore DS cause you can take it almost anywhere and also you can disign the creatures as well!
