Okay every girl and woman had a monthly cramp at least once right?
So what do you do to get rid/avoid your cramps?
Here's a few things I do:
1) Drink Cranberry Juice
2) Don't eat a lot of sweets and salty junk food (Even though it's really tempting)
3) Take menstruation relief pills
4) Any kind of red liquid juice (Like Gatorade or Powerade)

Question: Do you seem to get major cravings for sweets and salty junk food one week before you're expected to have your period?
Answer: Avoid at all costs eating a lot of sweets and salty junk food. Even though it's tempting don't give in.
Reason why is because the sweets and salt in the junk foods is what builds up and causes your cramps when your period starts.
