I stopped using nannies after this, but...
At one point,
probably due to my tendency to try to alter game code
I had a female maid & a female nanny employed in one house
who liked to take showers
then run around the house in the nude & make out with eachother.
I'm sure it was my fault, I was trying out a code for less uptight help.
(As in, everyone is easy.)
We fired the nanny after she picked up the Toddler naked.

That was just too much for me.

Haha! xD My, that sounds horrifying. I would probably have to gorge my corneas out with a fork after witnessing shower-parading-nudist-nannnies. That child must have been scarred...let's hope they were a bit too young to remember.
So...you customize the coding for your game, or adjust the game with cheats? Sounds like you're knowledgable in the ways of codes. I sympathize with you and that sight you were unfortunate to behold.
*Your Story is an Example of Rule #1 why Nude Beaches Should Have An Age Limit* or at least a droop limit...

That's horrifying. Wow... I can't imagine what that would be like to see. The poor kid, and I thought my babies were scarred by watching their parents make out. Nude old woman... that's just scary.

That's a rather odd story.
But funny.
I liked keeping my sims naked.
But nothing like your story.
That'd be very weird if that were to happen in real life.

But no, I use SimPE. I fail horribly at it.
The goal was to make the hired help easier.

The game asploded before he got to Teen. I had to reload them.

My nannies have sucked. For one household in particular. One practically moves in, neglects the child, and dies in my house. The nanny I hire after her completely neglects the baby, letting it sleep on the floor and play in the toliet while she watches tv in the next room.

uhg, I HATE the nanny. She always runs from my sims when they try to tell her to leave, she eats all their food and leaves messes everywhere, and she NEGLECTS THE KIDS! She'll just let them cry of sit in their dirty diapers for hours, but the social worker never shows up to take the kids from her! how unfair, the kid cried for one second and they treaten to take the baby from my sims, but the nanny can do whatever without getting into trouble.
so yeah, don't like the nanny.
but I do like the maid, lol. on several occasions I've had my sim fall in love with her and marry her XDDDD
