Okay, this is kind of a long story, I'll try to simplify it as much as possible.
I made an old lady and her adult son, then a woman and her four teenage daughters. Move the adult mom out, thus "orphaning" the girls.
The girls grow up and I marry one to the man. She gives him two little girls, and dies while pregnant with the third. Another sister falls for him, he knocks her up, she dies.
Apparently, his seed = death to this gene pool.
Another sister is in love with him but had the gardener's baby.
In a Sim genetics experiment, I moved a mom and her twin teenagers next door and introduced them to the man. I get the mom knocked up to see if I can produce an elf baby with two elf parents. (Adult male from the main house is an elf, the other women were human, thus no pointy-eared babies.) She has a baby, the teenage daughter becomes an adult, and gets pregnant with his baby as well.
Meanwhile, his oldest daughter falls in love with the teen elf neighborboy but dies, so I have him hook up and marry her younger sister from the same marriage.
Confused? Good.

Do you like kill these sims off?!? I have never had that many sims die! Like, in all the time I've been playing. (Unless I kill them off, which I don't do very often.)

Update!!
I zombied the wife from the dead, kicked the last sister who was engaged with him out, and now he's living the married life again... for now. Oh, and she had her baby almost immediately after coming back to life. It was funny.
