I belive you have to download it. I'm trying to download stuff my self right now off the sims 2 site, but i keep on getting "No records found".

Idk if this answers your question.. but..
If you have Custom content downloaded for Everyday clothes, if they are under pajamas as well you can wear them from there. So basically you just wear your pajamas sweatdrop
