I;m cosplaying Waka from Okami and i wanted to know what you think, and i also need to find out how to make the little headress thing he wears

or if the headress isn't possible to make maybe any ideas on a better hairstyle or anything that would help. thanks!
(can't find a pic of him without his headress but for those of you who don't know he has long blond hair)
