Hey there Jane Austen fans! A THOUSAND apologies for not being on for real in a while. I will be on more these days, considering that I'm now on Spring Break.
I just wanted to let you North American fans that there's an essay contest with the Jane Austen Society of North America for high school, undergrad and graduate levels. I've posted a link. I don't know of any other essay contests in other countries, but if you've got linkage, posty-POSTY!

What a wonderful site! I'm going to try and enter the contest. I have a lot going on right now, but I have most of the Masterpeice movies on DVD so I might be able to fit it in.
If not, there is always next year for me <333 Now that I know about the site, I can be watching for the next eassy topic to come out.

I was soooo ready to write the essay...and then I had a 100 point research paper due. Luckily, I got 100% on the paper!!!!!!!!!! But I had to sacrifice the writing of the JASNA essay. *tear*
