Right.
So, create an adult.
Yesss, like that.
Good human.
Then, get then pregnant, either through the conventional methods (WooHoo, abduction) or a BoolProp method (I would advise Spawn....> Tombstone of L and D> and either Simulate Genetic Merger or Make Me Alien Pregnant).
You may speed up the pregnancy using Spawn...> Tombstone of L and D> Speed Up My Pregnancy, or not.
Then, when the child is born, use the cheat 'agesimscheat on' and click on the parent. Set age to 'teen'.
Voila! You have a teenaged mommy. (Or, um, a teenaged daddy. xD)
