well to start. i have lost 10 pounds since october. I only did so because i had been walking a lot for work. but since i quit because of school work not getting, i havent walked as much. so in turn..havent been getting closer to my goal.
so far today i have done the following:
sit-ups/curl-ups: 55
push-ups: 5 (i hate push-ups...)
stretched
drank: 1 bottled water and 3 glasses of water, one small root beer, pint of milk.
