If you're able to ask just ONE question for each character. What would it be? Anything beside pure fandom questions e.g. "Can I kiss you?" or "Marry me?".
So yes, there are tons of questions to be ask, and I'm curious what they would be, aside from those self-insert (putting yourself into the series) questions. That's why I ask you please avoid using them. In the end, free to tell your thought or reason why you ask the question in [ ].
I'll start:
Allen - "Do you love Lenalee?" [I want to be sure about their relationship]
Lenalee - "Out of Allen, Kanda and Lavi. Who would you choose as a lover?" [Curious...]
Lavi - "Is there a story under your eye patch?" [Perhaps there IS a story?]
Kanda - "How did you end up at the Dark Order?" [We know nothing about Kanda's past...]
Komui - "Out of Allen, Kanda and Lavi. Which of them would you accept as Lenalee's lover or future husband?" [It's a must, Komui! xD You can't protect your dear sister forever, so CHOOSE!]
Bak - "Would you fight Komui in order to win Lenalee?" [Curiousity. Would he be able to overcome his fear for the sake of love? -grins-]

Of course, you guys are free to add more characters if demanded.
Remember, keep the fangirl/fanboy for yourself. You're asking them question as a spectator, not as a fan.

kanda: who is the person you're looking for? / how did you get your hair like that?!
krory: does akuma-blood taste good?
daisya: don't you feel weird that you were death-by-butterfly?
noise marie: how did you get so tall?
komui: do you actually know where anything is in your office?
bak: did you like linali when she was younger, too?
