In ancient times, the Dau ruled over most of Caille. However, when Koryth gained enough power and came unto the mortal plane, the War of Genesis began. Thus, the deity of light and good, Yevros, fought the demon-god in the Battle of Gnisis. Though Yevros was destroyed (some believe it was fragmented into the Triad), Koryth was greatly wounded and banished from the world. The Dau civilization vanished shortly after, and as it is now, most believe Koryth no longer poses a threat to Caille.

As the years passed on, a great Empire came into power. The great Jistad Sketh united most of the lands of Talios, excluding those in the harsh desert, and raised a unique type of democratic imperial government. Nearly two centuries have passed since it's founding, and the peoples of the Sketh Empire are at the beginning of their Golden Age, or so it seems...
