Death, a step that all of us take at one point in our lives, something we will all face no matter what we do and how we live our lives. Many have wondered what hapens when we go from the living to the afterlife, there are so many stories that have been told about life after death but we will never know the truth untill we pass threw to the other side.

Looking across the street from himself he noticed that it was really quite deserted for a monday morning, not paying attention to the world around him, Jack crossed the street so he could get a coffee from the cafe across the street. As he went inside he got sorta a bad feeling, not knowing what it was he just shruged it off and got his coffee, as he left the cafe he got another feeling and nearly spilt his coffee. Jack started to cross the street and as he made it halfway through the street a speeding car came out of no where and hit him the car span out of controll and hit a poll pinning Jack up against it. As the sirens for the ambulance and firetrucks blared through out the city nothing could save Jack as he drifted away from this world. "Alex!" I looked over to see John running towards me, his face had a look of panic and distrot I quickly said "Whats wrong"? "Alex its Jack he... well I dunno how to put this... he's been killed Alex" as I herd those words, I had nothing but confusion and depresion, Jack was my true love and all I wanted was a life with him, maybe one day have some kids. What was to hapen to me now how was I to live with out him, knowing that I could never be the same and How could I ever be happy again. "Alex I dunno what to say" John said "John are you sure that this isn't just a big mix up, are you sure that he's really gone" All I could think about was how much pain we all must be feeling, all of us thought of jack as someone that made things better for everyone someone that made a difference, but thats all gone now.

Alex and John both ran towards the wreck seeing blood spewed on the ground like some sort of horror movie, As they got close Alex got a sigh of Jacks body and Turned away in disgust, "Alex maybe we should go sit down and get something to drink"? As Alex and John tryed to make sence of everything the sun shined onto the wet street of New York and they both got a slight feeling that someone or sumthing was touching them, allmost like someone biding farewell.

Jack was there touching them both on the shoulders giving his final goodbyes as a strange figure of light called to him "Jack" it called in a soft echoed voice. Jack looked to the sky and saw a women with white clothing with big beautiful wings hovering above him, he watched as she landed not more then five feet away. Jack thought to himself who is this and what is going to hapen to me, the women spoke out "I am Gabriel, I have come to take you to the next step,you must give me your trust so we can get you to your new home". Jack looked at her and didn't know what to believe "but where are we going, I don't understand" said Jack and befor he could say anything more she said "Jack have you ever herd that death is not the end but a new begining, well those people were right, life is never ending, your soul moves on, your thoughts and everything you had in your body will be with you forever". Jack stood up and looked at Gabriel and said "I wana stay here but I understand that its my time, but is there anyway that I will see my friends and family again"? As Gabriel looked into Jacks eyes she smiled and put a hand on his shoulder "don't worry Jack they will have their time too, now lets get going".
Alex and john maid their way to the cafe and found a place to sit down "I can't believe this" Alex said with tears rolling down her face, John noticed this was really hard for Alex but its not exactly easy for him either Jack was his best friend, you can't exactly move on quickly after something like that. Jack looked at Alex and wiped her tears with a napkin "I know this is hard, its hard for both of us, but I think Jack would want us to try and make the best of anything we are going through, I'm gonna go get a coffee would you like one"? Alex looked up and smiled slightly "No, but thanks anyways John" John got up and walked over to the register near the entrance, Alex sighed and looked over at Johns body that they were just starting to put into a body bag. She noticed that he was smiling still, strange but yet it didn't bother her she just kept looking at her love that was taken from her, as she looked she got this sharp pain in her forhead followed by some strange image that looked like an angel slaughtering men and women on crosses. John came back to the table seeing she was in pain "Alex!" he shouted "are you alright"? Alex looked up at him "I just think I need to lay down maybe" as she got up from the table she got another sharp pain in her fforhead and she fell back on the seat, As she fell she saw the same image that she saw befor except this one was more vivid and clear. Jack held her up and felt her head checking to see if she had a fever or something, but he couldn't find any reason for her to act like this "Alex I think we better get you to a hospital" he said while helping her from the seat, they moved across the cafe and slowly made their way to the car.
Jack moved over to the cafe "Goodbye Alex, Goodbye John" Gabriel placed a hand on Jacks shoulder "This is going to be kinda bright, you may want to close your eyes" Jack closed his eyes and he could feel his body moving at speeds that should be impossible for anything to travel at, Jack opened his eyes slightly and saw rays of light and many things pasing by that sort of looked like planets and stars, not knowing what was happening he held tightly on to Gabriels arm and watched as they passed the stars that he loved to watch at night. They came to a planet that was similar to earth but the land was a Vibrant orange mixed with green spots, as they got closer Jack got really curious about this new place. As jaqck looked at the planet he saw they were going to enter the atmosphere any sexond "Won't we burn up" he asked Gabriel "no trust me I know what I'm doing" Gabriel replied with a smirk on her face, as they came in contact with the planets atmosphere Jack saw a sorta field around them stoping anything from coming in contact with them, After clearing the atmosphere they glided their way along valleys of vibrant colors and so many wonderous things "Its amazing I've never seen colors like that befor" Jack said while they cleared the valley "this place has many wonderful things and if your respect the planet it will respect you" said Gabriel while she looked ahead at the town they were aproching "Wait, are you saying the planet is alive"? Jack questioned. Gabriel kept looking ahead and told him "well in many ways every planet is alive just that this one has more to it" Jack thought about what she could posibly mean and as they came to the town he noticed that everything in the town was like a paradice, everything was perfect and nothing looked like it could be made with the technology that humans had "Everything looks so advanced, I mean everything looks like it was built to perfection as if anything is possible"
