I'm not sure about anyone else, but I would really like to see a chapter in the manga or an anime episode where Hild confesses what made her fall for God in the first place since she claims his personality, similar to Belldandy's, is what made her break up with him.

Ever wonder what he felt when she walked away & showed up what seemed 6 or 7 years later with a beautiful little girl to dump off on him.

Any thoughts on why they split up or why Hild decided to let him raise Urd?

Do you think they might still have some feelings for each other?

I mean they have a baby together for crying out loud they just can't pretend the other doesn't exist.

I just wanna know what other people think about the whole God & Hild relationship & how it's affected Urd. I'm sure the poor girl, just like any normal person, would love to see her parents together instead of being torn between them.
It's clear she does love Hild somewhat despite being abandoned by her she just can't say it for fear she'll loose her goddess side forever.

Yeah I wouldn't say there's not a balance between heaven & hell.
But the mortals don't know about them & probably wouldn't believe them anyways. Like how Belldandy always comes right out & says "I'm a goddess" & the person/people just laugh & brush it off. She's already been lovey-dovey with him & much more (perhaps this caused her embarrasment?) But that's not a reason for them not to be together.
The angel & demon from Clamps Wish got together & stayed together 4laugh

I think the demons & the gods can get along if they truly tried infact they really don't do much against each other to begin with. Hild is the only one so far who has messed with them in a severe way trying to take their angels & implant the demon familiar. Mara's attacks have all been nothing but harmless. And Velsper just wanted to save Belldandy. They sorta kinda do get along in a sense.

It's because they're polar opposites that got me thinking, what did she see in him to begin with? did they have a real relationship or a one night stand? As you guys said god isn't a "badass" but he had something that attracted her in the first place not unless Hild is the one with a hidden soft side.
Who knows she is deffinately lenient when it comes to Urd & co. so maybe there's a bit of nice under that tough "i'm the main b***h of hell exterior"?

I'd love love love to see a bit of the comic tell their story so they don't always have to be so freakin mysterious all the time. I mean they refuse to even show his face even though the ova came really close & I must say he looks HOT with dark skin & black hair! rofl
If they showed Hilds face being the leader of hell then they should just go on ahead & show gods as well right? Let us see where all the goddesses are getting their hot looks from because as far as we know there's not a queen of heaven outside fanfiction! lol

You forget, polar opposites attract each other. Demons and gods have been together before. None that immediately spring to mind, but still... Oh! Ororon and Chiaki! And Zeboim and Habbakuk!
