i think you have a lot of potential in your work. your style is consistent biggrin which is definitely a good thing and i've found that once you get a consistency in your drawing style refining it becomes a lot easier. i'd suggest looking into some anatomy tutorials. i think they'll make drawing a lot easier for you. it's like an equation to make our art more consistent every time. Both of those should teach you a little bit about proportions. Just knowing the correct proportions make it easier to draw.
I'd also look into experimenting with different line widths. it'll make your linework a bit more dramatic. right now your lines are pretty much the same width so it looks a little flat.
