Cian just walked! All by himself! He took about five steps! *dance* He has had NO interest in walking for the past two weeks and then he busts out with that!! *cry* and Daddy's working on the choppers tonight! GAH

That's wonderful!
I was so excited when mine started walking, it was like all of the sudden she just leveled up. Now she walks most of the time, but for a long time walking was just to impress mommy or daddy. If she wanted to get somewhere fast she'd still crawl. Watching her chase the kitty was adorable. heart
Did you know studies have shown Tots completely forget how to negotiate gaps and stairs with each new posture? You have to teach them how to handle stairs while walking as opposed to crawling.
Arrgh! My baby is playing with pieces she's ripped out of the pop-up book her grandma gave her! I think it may be beyond repair! Hmm, I still have to find the kangaroo that escaped from her "Opposites at the Zoo" book too...
