Anyone that loves to write, or simply wants to know what rp is? Well come on in! I thought it'd be fun for the guild to write a story, bout anything! Anyone got idea's for a fun show, something dramatic that happens, something you wish would happen but hasn't yet? Well let's write about it! Don't ask me to join just post ideas and any character you want to claim, only one or two for now since there aren't a billion in SVU (lol) and then if anyone wants to make their own for it, go ahead. Just please write a nice profile, history, age, gender, ect. After some people join in we can make ideas ^ ^
Like: a kid gets raped but lives, close to Liv's heart. Or Munch gets caught up in a case and falls in to trouble? Anything at all

I definitely think we could have fun trying to RP L&O ^^
However....
Sadly I don't have much RP experience. v_v;;;
I don't really know WHAT to do, where to go. biscuits of imminent doom!

You don't really need experience to rp. Basically it's role play, that's what it means, just pick a character and then you write as them. Once everyone has a character we all basically write a story but it's cool because everyone has a chance to influence how it goes and what not. Hahahaha you'll learn as you go. xD

It's funny you say that, because I used to have and SVU RP guild. 3nodding No one joined, and it was an utter failure, sadly... sweatdrop But I'll gladly join! I've RPed a bit, so I'm good for it. And don't worry, anyone who hasn't; it's very easy. It gets easier and easier as you go along, and you learn your own way to write it.

Would we be pre-existing characters on the show? (Olivia, Elliot, Fin, Cabot, etc?) or would we be characters that we come up with on our own?

Both really. Like say you want to be Elliot (writing as him) and then we write about some girl getting raped but lives or something, you could write as that girl as well. So original characters work as well.

How do you RP SVU without it being too....above PG-13 material? I am worried it would be too much due to Gaia's rules.

Well no writing actual sex since that would probably be kinda awkward for some readers and against the Gaia rules. I don't know if anyone would anyone. But keep it PG-13 so that we can keep the rp, lol.
I think that we have enough people to start, so just chose a character, one per each unless you're making up one. If two or more people want the same character you'll just have to comprimise or something since I know that Liv and Elliot are really popular. Hmm. Play a game or something and the winner gets them?

That's the list of characters that people can be, just post who you want and if anyone else wants it please try and figure it out between you. Anyone that wants to make original characters can do so, just post their profile. And of course, if I am missing someone that you want to be you can be them as well.
The characters don't have to be perfectly like the show, they can act a little out of character (meaning a bit different from what they usual act like) but nothing to extreme please. (Like Fin acting like a cowboy..no matter how amusing that might be.)
The rp can basically be like any show, someone's original character could be raped (not graphically though) and the cast has to solve it. We can write something like that, or it can be something completely different. People falling in love or something. Same sex couples are allowed but if anyone's uncomfortable with that please voice your opinion, to everyone or to me and I'll inform by posting.
xDD Now that that's over. Let's get started!!!

But keep it PG-13 so that we can keep the rp, lol. The topic of rape and some of the other things that go on in SVU are a bit much though right? I am worried if that in itself will break the rules. It doesn't even have to be graphical. Oh well. Take a chance and hope for the best. I have seen worse things happen here on Gaia. Also, I am not sure how you would do the solving of the case files. Whoever has to be the attorney, psychiatrist, or doctor will have one hell of a time. Best of luck to you though. You also may want to ask the guild creator if this can be in a subform area. Not sure if she can afford it though..... I am not so sure I will join this. I will say something else if I change my mind.

It would be better if you could put it in profile format, not much. Just ages, the part they'd play, maybe a bit of history and looks. Hahahaha yeah, some people will have harder jobs, though, whoever picks them should be able to write them. I think that for right now I'll be Munch, if anyone else wants him though I'll relent. xD What does everyone want to do for a story? A case type thing or just random interaction?
