EscaFlowne is both an anime and a manga. I've never read the manga, but I thought the show was awsome. So, feel free to give your thoughts and opinions on the anime/manga.

Well, it's about a girl named Hitomi who get transported to another planet called Gaea (pronounced Gaia). She get visions of the future, so she ends up having to help save Gaea from destruction.

Interesting. So, she's like a psychic? How does she get transported? A portal? Or time-travel? Or on a space ship?

Well, she doesn't get visions until she's on Gaea. But she's always been able to predict things accurately. She gets transported by a beam of light that comes out of the sky. It was an accident.

26. I've never read the manga, so I couldn't tell you how many volumes there is.

Okay, so that anime is 26 episodes? That's a pretty good length. ^_^ Not too long and not too short. Come to think of it, I watch a large variety of animes... sweatdrop From only 6 episodes - completed, to almost 200 - ongoing.

A half-hour long each? Hm... I might watch it later. XD Not now, though. I am watching the Fushigi Yugi OVAs right now. Hehe. I love the silly random teasers/gags in it. XD

Oh, I don't really read FMA. XD I've read book one, seen all of the anime - movie, show, and chibi party. wink
I've also read little excerpts here and there. XD Of Royai moments, because a friend told me to. But, no, I don't really 'read' it.
