Any of you guys try it?
It's like Serious Sam, as in non-stop shooting of various things.
Sadly, it was Zero Punctuation that finally made me get it, but I've got ulterior motives! It was developed in Poland, where I'm from of course.
Anyways, I think it's slightly more fun than Serious Sam. Worth checking out if you like the style.

I've heard of the game even before ZP mentioned it, though I tried it out on an Xbox demo. I have the full PC version now, and all I must say is that's it's pretty sweet. It's been a while since I picked it up and played it, though I should probably get back into it...it's quit boring round here. sweatdrop

Yeah I saw when it first came out, but it never caught my interest.
I thought it was going to be another Serious Sam, which is pretty good, but not worth getting another one.

I've played Painkiller and I have to say, even though it is an unsophisticated FPS game, it is a solid fun game. I liked the wacky and interesting weapons you can get in the game, like a gun that shoots shurikens and lightning. Also, Have you seen the Steam Painkiller advertisement where they have quoted from the Zero Punctuation video?

Hah, haven't seen that yet.
It really is fun and actually has fairly interesting enemies and levels. I liked it a lot.

The bosses definitely look cool but sadly they're something you just shoot at for a while.
Doesn't take much away from the game I guess, many have lame bosses that look lame too.

yea i like the serries, but ive had trouble finding the disk copy(not from steam ppl) for PC, I dont know why.

Just got all three a couple days ago, a nice steam sale to thank for that.
Their not really mine cause my dad bought them, and it's "his account and not mine" so I'm only on when he goes"hey im off to pick up this so you can play till i get back" but from what i saw my dad play (which was like 20 minutes then he hated it because of these skulls that if you touch you die) The first one is like the one that i played.
i don't know which one i played help me find out(these are the ones that i have and i think this in the right order)
1.Painkiller-Black edition
2.Painkiller-over dose
3.(dido)-resurection
if thats not right then tell me please

Start with the first.
Battle out of Hell is the first expansion, then Overdose is the second.
Resurrection is the latest.

... so that is black editon then overdose, then resurection. it didn't come with battle out of hell just sad black edition i think is the first and my dad doesn't like it, he's only played the one where you play as the devil thing.)
