I really wouldn't change anything
if I had to though, it would be to show Sailor Cosmos in the Stars season

Ok, well I actually have several things I would change about the show.
But let us go, season by season. First Season, Sailor Moon (Classics, as I love to call it), I wouldnt make the Shintennou yaoi, although I love the idea of Yaoi, the Shitennou were not meant to be yaoi, and this decision disappointed Naoko Takeuchi to no end. She did, however, want to explore the idea about a relationship between the Guardian Senshi (Mars, Mercury,Jupiter, and Venus) and the Shitennou.
She even once drew a picture of the Guardians in the arms of their Shitennou lovers: Jadeite with Mars, Nephrite with Jupiter, Kunzite with Venus, and Zoisite with Mercury. I would find some way to incorporate that into the story.
I wouldnt do much to Sailor Moon's R, S, or Super S. In Sailor Moon Stars however, I would have Kakyuu be able to turn into a Sailor Senshi as she did in the manga, I would also have the Senshi be able to go into Eternal form, as they did in the manga.
Finally, I would have the show elongated with more episodes, so that some other characters that were left out could be brought in, such as Cosmos, Sailor Heavy Metal Papillion, Sailors Lethe and Mnemosyne, Phi, Chi, and a few others.
I would incorporate the idea about how Metallia, Zirconia, Badiyanu, all the bad guys in the show (like, 90% of the bad guys) were incarnations of Chaos, who also would make an appearance as Sailor Chaos, as he did in the manga.
I dunno if anyone else would agree with that or not. I wouldnt change many, if any, of the Inners or Outers.
Oh and I would slap the idiots at Toei who made the live-action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon; for completely, utterly, and without fail, destroying the Sailor Moon story with their photon lasers of utter stupidity. I dont want to ruin the show [PGSM] for anyone who hasnt seen it, but the show is, without a doubt, a plague onto the fans of Sailor Moon everywhere.
Oh and if I could, I would make it, so every Sailor Moon fan, got a copy of every single Sailor Moon episode, every movie, every special, and every single one of the live-action musicals.

P.S.: I hated the live-action so much, but I loved the musical. Sailor Moon was portrayed by 4 beautiful actresses: Oyama Anza, Fumina Hara (a Japanese supermodel), the unfortunately late Miyuki Kanbe, and, finally, Kuroki Marina.
Yes, I am sad to report for those of you who did not know: Miyuki Kanbe, singer, actress, who portrayed Sailor Moon in several of the live-action musicals, beautiful girl, and kind soul, passed away June of this year (200 cool , after sudden heart failure. She was 24.
This further proof if God exists, He's a jerk for killing someone like Miyuki, but allowing someone like Osama to live.
I mean what the crap is up with that?! scream
