that's exactly what it is, i made it at myxer.com i think that i was the only one to upload it. i also have a picture of neku and shiki as my background on my phone

That's what mine is. :] Phonezoo.com lets you make them yourself if you have the song clip. I believe you have to sign up, but it's free. And I haven't gotten a single junk letter from them.
