I was so mad I EMAILED THEM A COMPLAINT...and here it is.
I called this store to ask if they had any inventory of a specific item that another Kohl's store ran out of. The first time I called, they put me on hold for over five minutes. I hung up, and called again. The person who answered it was VERY rude, and already knowing I was put on hold for a long time(because I told her), she immediately placed me on hold AGAIN. This time, it took a shorter time for them to answer. For some reason, this guy answers, not knowing what was going on and HANGS UP ON ME. HOW RUDE, IMMATURE AND INAPPROPRIATE. If you're going to hire people, make sure they have a least a LITTLE social skills and are more RESPECTFUL. I called again, because I STILL hadn't got my question answered, and here answers the same girl. I told her that I was the person that called just a minute ago and was hung up on. She said, like a ditz, "You weren't hung up on, you were on hold". And before I could explain what happened, she IMMEDIATELY PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN! AT THIS TIME I GREW FURIOUS AT HER DISRESPECT. Quickly this time, a woman answers and gets my question answered. Unfortunately, I don't believe she actually LOOKED for the item, like good sales clerks do. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Fix it.
How DARE THAT WOMAN do that to ME! She needs a good slap in the f*cking face!
