So, I'm working on putting together an alter.
However, I would also like to put a couple of crystals on the alter.
Is there any crystals associated with specific gods? Are crystals on alters frowned upon in Asatru?

Crystals are not traditionally used in asatru or "norse/teutonic heathenry". As such there's no connection between stones and gods that has any traditional value.
Decorating one's altar with what one feels is best is however quite acceptable, so crystals are not specifically frowned upon at all.
