Okay mew, I just received an official report from the Gaia Mods and our guild has violated the TOS, and WILL be shut down if I don't delete every single thread on this guild that violates the TOS. To do that, I have deleted the yuri picture thread, the entire RP subforum is empty now, if you wish to create new RPs, you will have new rules you MUST list the TOS as a rule, and keep it PG-13 at the MOST anything else will be deleted. I'm sorry I had to do this, but it was this or we lose the guild forever and... I'll be banned as well as Captain. So I'm sorry but it has to be done, I will be going through every single thread, and any offensive threads will be deleted. I'm sorry mew... I'm so sorry... but I have to protect this guild...
Okay girls, we're in the clear, but we just have to be careful from now on *huggles*

I don't blame you we cant lose our guild.....People we need to tone everything down Gaia is sticklers on the TOS because of the young folks on here we basically need to treat each other as though were in church and talking to pre teens in front of Pasters.I had pm's I thought weren't that bad and that character got banned and once they ban you its done they never talk to you again.So please please please keep it pg-13 like Cheals says I love this guild and everyone in it and want it to stick around.

That's awful!
I didn't personally see anything that violated the TOS.
But you're right, we can't lose this guild.
If you gus are going to violate the TOS, dont do it here, ever.
Keep it to PM or outside the guild please.

I need a ton of help Sam, I have been ordered to check each and EVERY SINGLE thread to delete all the offending content we have been reported for. This is going to take FOREVER, but I don't have a choice mew ;_;

We were in Violation of 2 items in the TOS people, please review the TOS ASAP, but specifically our violations were:
4.b send, post, or make available pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, deceptive, tortious, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate or offensive content to other Gaia Members;
4.l post, request, or link to sexually explicit material or conduct;
Any further violations of the TOS will continue to be deleted without warning and repeat offenders will be kicked from the guild NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

I think that gaia should've said where the posts were because frankly, nowdays... what's offensive and not is totally opinion. I'm running through some posts that, I personally don't find offensive, but idk. The warning should be clearer!

Yeah, I think we should lock all threads, then unlock them after we're done. [Unless they were meant to stay locked.]
What are things to look out for?
Pr0n, cybering, and scam/hacking, right? I don't really think there's much else to do against the TOS. xP
