Literally meaning "main land", Gilthaune is the location of the outbreak of Rage, and the current home of the Necromancer, Valjirak. Previously the continent with the majority of the people's of Aster dwelling upon it, it is now full of impenetrable jungles and barren wastelands. Nothing but Enraged live there....for long, anyway.
Uninfected beings avoid this hell-hole, and those who don't...well, none have ever returned.
