Far above the Western waters hovers a platform crafted from white plated mecha framing and littered with glowing blue lights. It retains it's position through the use of numerous lumirotors and plasma-jets. This city is one of the platform cities representing the four winds, itself being named West Windrow.

It is a highly advanced city of streamline technology, and houses a more diverse assortment of machinery types. They are normally constructed from titanium frames and covered with white plating, made completely from titanium, or are crafted from a heavy duty non-metal. There are always some sort of glowing lights on the machines, which indicate that they are working correctly.

West Windrow is known for it's advanced technology and good service. Their biggest trade items are portable devices, communicators, and aids, whether machine or carbon based.
