High in the northern air floats a platform city which is crafted from steel and iron. Looking at it one could see the various machines working to keep the platform aloft, causing it to be a city that is constantly in motion. Steam rises in the cold air, alerting outsiders to the presence of forges and factories. It's streets are filled with grayish hued robots and vehicles. This city is one of the platform cities representing the four winds, itself being named North Windrow.

All of the machinery in North Windrow is circuit operated and generally made out of metals like iron and steel. There are many factories and forges, so there may be multiple machines that look alike, but also many that are custom made and different.

North Windrow is known for its blacksmiths and experimental facilities. There are also many pipe makers and jewelry craftsmen who make pieces that are much sought after in other cities.
