High in the eastern sky rests a floating platform city crafted from ruddy copper. It is made up of thousands of clockwork machines and cogs which form a deep base to the platform. It is not entirely known how it is held aloft, but the source of it's power seems to be a huge golden-orange gem in a room near the bottom of this base. Not all of the machines on this platform are attached to it. There are many clockwork vehicles, robots, and other sorts of machines. This city is one of the platform cities representing the four winds, itself being named East Windrow.

As previously stated, all of the machinery in East Windrow is of a clockwork or cogwork sort, and is constructed from copper or brass. Each machine has a golden-orange gem of varying size inside it, acting as a power source.

East Windrow is known for it's clocks and energy cells. Many inhabitants make a living by creating and selling batteries or power cores from the gems common to their home.
