Gaia used to be filled with so much color. Now it's become an eyesore.

i remember when i was actually happy to look at that wonderful front page, now not so much. its ugly. the home page is odd to me it seems cluttered but not cluttered

It is not just colorless, it's totally boring... The idea with the avatar standing on a changing background is fine, but the rest is so... white eek
Also, my boyfriend and I both have large monitors, since we are online gamers, and Gaia was SO not prepared for big screens when making the header we have now. After the mini-map, the background repeats itself, mainly in a boring flat color. It looks all wrong, like a piece of header code that went wrong.
I'd really like Gaia to make some more colorful pictures for the site, and bring back the old front page, where we could see the recent arena winner, collectibles, and popular guilds/topics...

I have the same issue....very odd looking. Not just the header, but the whole page. Its like half of it is missing. =D

I know, this really has nothing to do with the colorness-less, but
you remember how they made those "SOS-Save Our Shops" signs?
What happened to that?
Now everything is pretty much screaming,
"Join Gaia! We can ruin your computer, and now we're boring! You play games, you get hacked! You join something, you get hacked! You add someone, you get hacked!"
I joined in 06 or 07. I can't remember, but back then, everything was wonderful! I always had fun!
Everyone was nice.
Nobody called anyone "noobs" 'cause we pretty much all were.
Now we waste OUR money so you can make porn sites, and other crap!
And the stuff these days, you can't get a coco or kiki without almost 500k, and some other things are over a million!
I remember when EVERYTHING was cheap, which made it even funner to work for..
Remember you guys?

I miss the site layout from a few years ago when like.
You got a PM and a little envelope popped up in a Bubble! ;D
That layout was my favorite, it was so colorful and cute!

I agree. I don't really know how gaia was back then...because I think I joined back in 2007, but didn't log back in until late 08'... So, if gaia was more colorful, I kinda remember. I wish they would go back. =)
