Hello, I'm new to this guild, and like everyone else I disagree with the new gaia.
Most of the issues I am against have already been mentioned (ex: less colorful, money-hungry, scammers, etc.) , but I just had to mention how gaia seems to be taking their website as a joke. Yes, a joke.
I feel that when they make "additions" or "upgrades" to this site, they know that it is the wrong decision. What I mean is, it seems as if they aren't afraid to slip up or make a stupid decision, because their website is big enough and with tons of newcomers joining everyday that if they lose some of their loyal members, all they think is "Oh, who cares. They could be replaced."
It probably doesn't sound like a big deal, but it just bothers me, because a while ago the always seemed to take pride in what they did. They interacted with the users. They actually THOUGHT and PLANNED THINGS OUT before doing crap. Now, they just pull tons of items and "free offers" out of their a** to get more money and keep people on their site.
And let's not forget them offering themselves to just about any advertiser that crosses their path. COME ON! You probably have all the money you need by now!
Gaia is now a website run by communists.

omg ur sooooo right! i mean, what the hell is up with skittles. it was kinda cool at first, but now i don't ever want to see another skittle again!!! gaia OR real life! stressed
and ur also right about the planing. they have made so many slip ups and they say their sorry, but you know that its sh*t and they'll just do it again!!
like the smokes!!
i feel like im gaias wife and although im devoted, gaia still got tired of me and started being cheep and sleezy and f*cking hookers!! scream

It's funny, because a couple years back I overheard Fleep in Barton 1919, and he said something like this:
"If you don't like it, leave. We have so many new users every day that we don't need you."
I should have taken a screenie, because even despite his reputation nobody believes me. stare
