I'm really sorry I havent been here it's been pretty busy time I got married and trying to get my comic company off the gound as well as a production company and a game store....but I'm getting off track I need some great Ideas on how to bring more ppl in the guild, like changing the whole guild or just busting out with tons of requests.Let me know them Ideas.

well could use a little clean up of topics, start fresh
get some crew members to help,
like go through all the topics and make a list of the ones you want deleted and have a set date for the mods and stufff to go clean house
it'll give you a fresh start as well as making it easier for newer peopl coming to find there way around and such
the idea of searching people on gaia based on their interests might help as well, it's what got my other guilds kicked off and is keeping htem going ^__^

Well, how I see this situation (I'm new) it seems this guild is quite a mess right now.
Fresh start is one option for a guild full of inactive members. Chancing name maybe, make it more attractive, home page could be a little bit... well, less eye killer.
Changing a bit of style of this guild (more elite, less elite?) can help too?
Cleaning forums is one good thing to do if most of guild members aren't writing anymore and you want more people here, like Aka_Tenshi said.
What I'm waiting and hoping from here is to share my love to making avatars, and yes, pretty avatars! Talking about items, ideas, inspiration, stories behind avatars etc. I love making avis, and I hope everybody else does too.
What do you want from this guild nowadays?

I will start the cleaning it will take awhle but also maybe go in different direction like an area for cosplay avi's and and one for O.C.'s
