Did they change the navigation thingy again!?! Goddamnit!! I just got used to the old one. stressed I hate these pointless changes! They made it even HARDER to navigate!

Did you post in the Official Feedback Thread? A lot of people are pissed. I miss my buttons that take me to my topics and my guilds! And there's still no darn trade button!

Does Gaia ever think before they do stupid s**t? I seriously think the designers need to be drug tested then fired for their epic fail. the color is nice but really. Rally in towns, zOMG seperate window not opening. Clans impossible to reach. Guilds are at the guild home page and not the link to the full list of guilds. the go to 2 screens for inventory or the shortcuts bar, the trade button on the shops page above the directory. wtf kind of drugs are they taking and why aren't they sharing?

Complain as much as you want guys.
Gaia NEVER listens. Never. It took them like..a month to fix the Pinball. And only after thousands of complaints.
Look at the Petition forum. How many petitions can you count? What does Gaia do instead? Dump a bunch of useless announcments on us.

I'm going to say this now. Games start out great, they are so dependent on their members, they love them to death.
They feel they wouldn't of gone anywhere if their members were not here, but as time goes they forget all of this. They forget what their members have done for them, they forget to listen to our suggestions.
The response you can get from these new updates is, 'We have to stop living in the past, we need to update.' Basically saying, we have no right to go against them and tell them to put something back. You can fight as hard as possible but in the end, as the dust starts to settle and the battle is over ... there is no one standing there to continue this fight.
It happened with a game called flyff, forums were created, banners were created. Emails were sent, all of it. After about a year though people grew bored of trying and just stopped. They know this so it will take more then all of what you are doing to get them to listen.
To them we are just complaining kids, we are all spoiled in their eyes, we get 'everything' and still complain about it. Complaining to them about one thing will do nothing, getting it all in a mass seems to do less, breaking it up gets them to read it somehow.
The sad part is, Gaia does listen ... they do but the more depressing of this situation is the fact that they will not do anything. They can listen all they want but when it comes down to it all ... they won't do anything.

i agree with Lycel and Deceptive French Toast. Gaia has lost it's original goal. It's not just pinball. there's a lot of things wrong with gaia that they refuse to fix. how hard is it to fix these many small problems that have created with avalanche of an epic fail on Gaia's part. Gaia has lost it's interest in it's user base. They claim to listen to the user but it's been ages since i have been into cinema's so i don't even try, the only thing in cinema's that works are all the many ads and commercialize that Gaia sold it's soul for.
Cards and Slots continue to swap between being able to read your tokens, fishing can't read your bait, towns still has people hacking it and making statues of themselves until they are reported enough times. there's the new navigation bar that provides color but also provides more bulky tabs, rally being in worlds, the lack of a second screen for zOMG, the lack of an easy clans tab. Gaia has sold it's soul and we're dealing with the devil

Very well put, Koichi.
What it comes down to is this......we don't pay a monthly fee to be a member, so they feel justified is giving us "broken" games to play, little to no security, too many mods not upholding ToS, and mediocre (at best) gold shop updates.

What we have to realize is, you can report a person, you can report a bug. You can report the most notorious masked hacker in the history of gaia if you wanted ... the realization is that it will take roughly a year for them to look into all of this. It will take them many many months after to take action, they will not immediately say 'Oh this person has had multiple reports on him, time to help get rid of him.' Even paying a monthly fee you don't get that crap, what you get ... what everyone gets is this:
'We work for the company, they do not. We budget everything, they do not. We update things to make it look cooler and attract more people, they do not. What it all comes down to is we work for gaiaonline, they will probably never do this, so forget them now. We used em, we got to where we wanted now they can deal with the problems all their own.'
That is all you will get, that is all you will EVER get from now on. They won't listen, they won't care ... we are snobby little kids who want more and more so they stopped listening, they stopped helping. They don't want to fix it that takes time out of their lovely day. Why would they want to truly listen? The people who have nice things to say about them have been the ones to spend hundreds of dollars on the game and ALWAYS get what they want never seeing what is going on.

This is why boycotts or anything Non-Financial is going to fail. They don't need us. They don't need a fan base. Gaia has sold out. It's sad to say but Gaia has sold out. i personally do not have solutions. If we were to try anything, I would write the creator and Clearly state all the current problems with Gaia and ask him for a Gaia announcement explaining why Gaia has sold out and why Gaia has sold its soul to the devil and how Gaia has lost touch with it's fan base. If this were to work, it would have to go to the creator directly, It would have to be polite and respectful, It might include a petition?, it might just need thousands of physical letters. and more people need to ask the same questions.
