Anime StealthGreat site for finding anime series and movies. I've found a few of the series you can find here are sometimes broken links or missing episodes, but the chat box on every page usually had a mod around that can fix them very quickly if you need it.
Anime CrazyWhile this site doesn't have a nifty chatbox on every page, it does have multiple links to its various videos, meaning you rarely ever run into an episode you can't watch. Hell, I've yet to run into ANY episode that's unwatchable. It also has links to download the episodes for offline viewing.
Illimitux.netThis site is the home of a wonderful firefox addon used for viewing videos on sites like megavideo and veoh, or downloading files from various download providers like megaupload.
