Rules:
1.
RegisterIn order to apply to play a certain character, you must pm Seiji Tanaka with a sample RP paragraph as you playing that character.
2.
AnalyzeYou must have a deep understanding of the character in order to play as them. This includes understanding their history and exploits.
3.
Don't Go Out of CharacterYou will definitely need to stay within character regardless of the situation. Think about how the character would react to given circumstance.
4.
AvailabilityOnce a character is taken, it's too late. Doubles are not allowed in the RP. If the original player wishes to give up their character to someone else, they may do so. But the new player must abide by the rules as stated above.
Also, once the character is taken, the name will be removed from the list to indicate that it is no longer available.
5.
Exceptions to Rule 4Past, Present, and Future versions of a character are accepted.
6.
EnemiesWhile the enemies are deemed to be playable, it is highly suggested that they are used with discretion and explicit permission from the mods; especially on how often the characters will be used. It is appreciated if they are used in minimum amounts and that if one were to request something big to happen, they need to consolidate the mods first hand.
Characters who are enemies will generally be reserved for plots or random events.
7.
Character LimitThere is no limit on how many characters you wish to play. But in order to be fair, do not start hogging all the characters and not Role Play as them for extended amounts of time.
8.
Possibility of Character Death from the Games While there are characters who are deceased, people may play as them if they so wish prior to death (or maybe the death did not happen at all, who knows).
9.
Time Period We can assume there is a time warp just so the various time periods can work out smoothly.
