its just irish, or Gaeilge. never gaelic smile

I didn't know that either! I've called if Gaelic before. I apologize! I will have to remember that it is either Irish or Gaeilge. May I ask what the reason for it being one of the two is?

because only people who arnt irish call it that.. its not really called gaelic like... its irish, just like english is called english and spanish is called spanish. Gaeilge means irish in irish

like i knew that but im still unclear abt the whole language in general srry i dont know much abt it and thats y i wanna learn soo badly........ sweatdrop

em... a personal choice i suppose it could be yeah....
like people call cats , cats and some1 else might choose to call them flamingos... yeah if u see if that way.But callin it a flamingo doesnt make it a flamingo...

gaelic is scottish (: and gaeilge is irish not to mention gaelic is a sport we play haha, there are gaelic football and hurling ^^ though since we tend to say
"a cairde gael" people assume that gaeilge and gaelic are the same language
