First time I saw it, I just thought "OMGWTF?". This is not really what you'd expect in an anime based community, and also not really fun for the guys among us.
What I find annoying though is, that they took the original Venus off the market for this new crap. I liked the old dark blue thing, this Embrace is just too big and unhandy. Yep, I broke mine already... No, I didn't buy it 'cus of Gaias ads, but simply because the old version is no longer in stock...

I find it completely ridiculous that only girls can get in and get free things from it. Come on, guys like free items too, right? So why discriminate? Because Venus Embrace is a womens' brand razor?

Got to say the guys probably aren't missing much though. The "npcs" look horrible, the gifts are all sponsor stuff (think Skittles) and I just got 5 minutes of my life wasted trying to figure out the stupid lily pads.

I've been in there twice, and only to see what I'd get from that Overseer.
Got 25 gold today, and another bikini yesterday..... which I gave to Koichi Wing, cause purple looks sooooo good on a Grunny. =D

it is stupid on their part. the guys aren't missing much. yeah, 25 gold... that's so much! i could buy some n00b tops with it! and, well golly gee wiz, sliding down a naked person's hair is so much fun... i can't wait untill they get rid of that.

I went in once on my female mule to see why my girlfreind liked it so much, ASOLOUTLY NOTHING TO DO. The hair slide is plain retarted the NPC's look like mermaid-hobos and the butlers look more gay than the vampire dude in Twilight...

Now they've got this thing for Tampax, omg I got a white dress. Sorry, not exactly enthusiastic about a dress inspired by...that. >__>;

The thing is we dont really now what gaia is doing with their money. They give us some vague information and some people just eat it all up.

I understand your point none the less. The sponsorship was for girls I mean Venus its a razor designed for women so yeah. I think Gaia probably had to make the sponsorship happy to get its moneys.
