Ok you 2 and anyone else who may join soon.
As you can see this guild is rather old and a bit 'all-over-the-place' at the moment. I want to start with some good story ideas involving mainly the basic Shinigami and Espada (maybe with humans and vizards on the side).
I want a new story title to along with it and i will try and make a start on sorting out the guild very soon. (Probably tomorow).

well we could do a few pointless things like one fight or better yet a mission the went wrong or somthing like that then we could get the ezpadas and vizard involved

Well we need a main plotline for the front page, like a small bit of history about the current shinigami's position and what the enemy is maybe planning to do.

Oh i know we could do somthing like the enemy is the nw=ew leader of the ezpada group (random japanese name here) and he is planing to over tale the soul society anytime soon and the soul sciety is in a state of alert and we are trying to figure out what they are up to so we send some shinigami to las noches and... i got nothing after that

Hmm ok im gonna improvise a little, how about this?
For years now, ever since Aizen and the Espada had been disbanded and destroyed the hollow world of Hueco Mundo has been unorganized and in disarray. The Serietei has been peaceful along with the human world, the odd hollow attack here and there has been thwarted by the 13 Guard Squads and ever since Ichigo and his friends had gone there has been no need for anyone to take their place. However for the past 3 years the Hollow attacks have been becoming more and more frequent and the Hollows themselves have become stronger and more organized. A new powerful figure has rizen to the throne at the ruins of Las Noches, soon he shall reveal himself to the Soul Society and the human world aswell. His plans are different and more clouded than they appear.
Will the Shinigami be able to whip themselves back into shape and take on this new threat?

Oh i see well any way ill be the new leader of the vizards that have been protecting kurakara town from hollows becouse most of the vizards in the fight against aizen died right
