Seeing as several of my friends on Gaia have had their accounts hacked and robbed, I'm going to go through and give you all a few tips that will guarantee the safety of your stuff!
1: NEVER give out your password, no matter who asks for it! Admin and moderators don't need your password to check anything, that's part of being in charge, they can see things you can't, and will NEVER need access to your account.
2: Off site passwords are all fake! If anything asks for your Gaia password, other than the Gaia loggin page, it's fake.
3: Keep passwords complex. Not too much, but say, instead of :Ilikepie, try:!L1k3Pie Simple things like that will keep someone from guessing your account info.
4: If you have more than one account, have more than one password. That way, if something does happen to one account, your others are still safe.
5: Change your password periodically. It makes it even harder to hack an account.
6: If someone does ask for your password, report them! Don't wait, don't anything else! Just wack that report button!!!

Good advice!
I have one addition.
There is one clever hacker out there who has built a website that looks exactly like gaia, except that it asks for you to log in again. If you click a link and it brings you to the login page of gaia, MAKE SURE YOU ARE STILL ON GAIA! Just check the url at the top of your window to see that it indeed still says "www.gaiaonline.com"

Thanks for making this, it's great advice.
A lot of people join this guild after being hacked, so this is perfect for them if they want to keep themselves safe.

My sis got hacked once. We tried to figure out who hacked her account. Well, she didn't share her password to anyone, and she types so fast, so even I can't tell what her pass is. Thanks guyz!
