Notice to All Areas of Japan, There is a Human infected with the deadly Akuma virus hiding somewhere in Japan. Not much is known at this time about the subject except that it seems to be able to transmit the virus by contact. The akuma virus isnt the only thing to look out for the subject known as Harold Wayne is a known Serial killer and is not to be approached without caution.
The Military has offered a reward to any Black Order member who can capture the subject for further testing.
