Alrighty! Well, as asked for and suggested in the Thoughts and Ideas thread, here is indeed a quote thread!
Post your favorite quote. They can be funny, thoughtful, idiotic, anything! Its a quote you like and feel like sharing.
When posting please site who and which book. Page numbers aren't necessary.
In here, spoilers we don't need to be so cautious about. But it is up to you, if you feel that it may ruin some fun, please say so in the beginning of the post in huge, bold letters.
Thank you all and have fun!

"Only a fool makes threats he's not prepared to carry out. If I were to threaten to hit you unless you shut your mouth, and you presumed to speak, what do you think I would do?
"Ser, you do not unders-"
Jamie hit him."
Jaime, A Feast for Crows
(Edit: Thank you Drisil for telling m which book,)

This is shorly after Branna has sold out on Tyrion
Podrick: I'm sorry, sir.
Tyrion: Why? Because he's an evil, blackhearted rogue? He's always been an evil, blackhearted rogue. It's why I liked him.
Also Tyrion (dont expect this to be exact!)
Cersei: Going to the wall? Are you taking the black, brother?
Tyrion: *chuckles* Of course not. I'd have the whores begging from here to King's Landing. No, I just wanna stand on the edge of the world and piss off it.
More to come xD

Danny, your Jamie quote is from AFFC.
I have a couple of quotes, but SPOILER. They're special to me in their own way.
"...When Robert dies. Our ppor brave Sweetrobin is such a sickly boy, it is only a matter of time. When Robert dies, Harry the Heir becomes Lord Harrold, Defender of the vale and Lord of the Eyrie. Jon Arryn's bannermen will never love me, nor our silly, shaking Robert, but they love their Young Falcon...and when they come together for his wedding, and you come out with your long auburn hair, clad ina a maiden's cloak of white and grey with a direwolf emblazoned on the back....why, every knight in the Vale will pledge his sword to win you back your birthright. So those are your gift from me, My sweet Sansa...Harry, the Erie, and Winterfell. That's worth another kiss now, don't you think?" --Petry "Little Finger," Lord of the Fingers, A Feast for Crows, pg.627
"Valar Morghlis, valar doharris." --Scattered through out the series. Meaning: All men must die, but first they must live.
"I don't understand. Why would she need to go to his room for her coins? Does he keep them there?" --Alyse Stone to Jyana Arryn, oblivious to the innuendo flying between Almer Connington and Elanna Penrose.
"This is where the Truth goes to die." -- Jaesin Lannister, regarding King's Landing

"A knight's a sword with a horse. The rest, the vows and the sacred oils and the lady's favors, they're silk ribbons tied round the sword. Maybe the sword's prettier with the ribbons hanging off it, but it will kill you just as dead. Well, bugger your ribbons, and shove your swords up your arses. I'm the same as you. The only difference is, I don't lie about what I am. So kill me, but don't call me a murderer while you stand there telling each other that your s**t don't stink. You hear me!"

"'I want my white courser saddled on the morrow so Ser Loras can teach me how to joust. I want a kitten too, and I don't want to eat beets.' He crossed his arms." -Tommen Lannister, A Feast for Crows, p. 505

I don't remember the book, and, you know, in Italy we have 9 book of this saga ^^. But it's simple because it's when lord Tywin Lannister ends his journey in his world ^___^.
"...the oft-repeated jape about his father was just another lie, Lord Tywin Lannister in the end did not s**t gold".
Sad, but ironic, don't you think?

My personal favorite out of the series so far comes from a game of thrones. The oath of the nights watch.
Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

Technically a spoiler...
"Is there gold hidden in the village? Is there silver? Gems? Is there food? Where is Lord Beric? Where did he go? How many men were with him? How many knights? How many bowmen? How many, how many, how many, how many, how many, how many? Is there gold in the village?" – Arya Stark ^^

Eddard Stark: "If you would take a man's life, you owe it to him to look him into his eyes and hear his final words. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the man does not deserve to die."
Theon Greyjoy: "Why should a man humble himself when the world is so full of men eager to do that job for him?"
Tyrion: "I am sorry for your loss as well, Joffrey." King Joffrey: "What loss?" Tyrion: "Your royal father? A large fierce man with a black beard; you'll recall him if you try. He was king before you."
Cersei: (her face bruising from Robert's blow) "I shall wear this as a badge of honor." Robert Baratheon: "Wear it in silence or I'll honor you again."
((Normally im Abhorred by wife beating, but considering the wife being beaten...I love you Robert! xD))
“Never forget who you are, for surely the world won’t. Make it your strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armor yourself in it, & it will never be used to hurt you.” –Tyrion
"The King eats, and the Hand takes the s**t."
Also, my ever favorite no matter how sad "The King dies, and the hand is buried" said by Ned in the black cells.
Tell me, Bronn. If I told you to kill a babe . . . an infant girl, say, still at her mother's breast . . . would you do it? Without question?" "Without question? No." The sellsword rubbed thumb and forefinger together. "I'd ask how much." Tyrion and Bronn

Quotes I likes!
-Anything by Tyrion
- "I seldom fling children from towers to improve their health. Yes, I meant for him to die."
-The Red Viper (circling Gregor Cleghane with his spear): "Do you know who I am?" Gregor Cleghane (watching, huge sword in hand): "Some dead man."
-"We will defend the wall to the last man!" said Cotter Pyke.
"Probably me." Said Dolorous Edd, in a resigned voice.

"Hodor!" ~Walter "Hodor," throughout the series
"Ghastly screams can be heard coming from the hovel, often followed by the sound of someone yelling "Shut up!", only to be replaced by yet more screaming...A final scream resounds from the hovel. '********! He died on me!' ~Ser Miles Hightower, SOS
"They were seven, facing there. In the dream as it had been in life. Yet these were no ordinary three. They waited before teh round tower, the red moutains of Drone at their backs, their white cloaks blowing in the wind. And these were no shadows; their faces burned claer, even now. Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, had a sad smile on his lips. The hilt of the greatsword Dawn poked up over his right shoulder. Ser Oswell Whent was on one knee, sharpening his blade with a whetstone. Across his white-enameled helm, the black bat of his House spread its wings. Between them stood fierce old Ser Gerold Hightower, the White Bull, Lord Commander of the Kingsguard...they were seven facing three...only two rode out again..." ~Eddard Stark, AGOT, pg.355
