Definitions for some words:

HOLD=this animes cops

HOLY=this animes cops for people with alter powers (kind of like super powers)

Alter powers= a power that allows one's self to materialize and reshape any solid object out of sheer will (each alter power is unique to each user)

Summary: A mercenary/alter user, Kazuma meets up with a HOLY member one day and gets defeated. He goes to jail then breaks out then elimates HOLY or HOLD forces in the inner's land. Then he fights the same HOLY member who fough him in the first episode in like episode . Then some guy form the "Mainland" goes off to the Loss Ground (where the story takes place) and controls HOLD and its sub group HOLY. I don't wanna tell you everything that happened because it will take all the suspence away and I suck with summary's so yeah...
