Is it really as bad as I've heard, is it terrible?

Not all women have morning sickness I think. Though I have heard stuff with ginger in it helps.

There's these things you can get at a store called Motherhood (it's in the mall in my town) and they're called "Preggie Pop Drops" and they WORK.

They come in a little tin, I'm not sure how much they are.

I've been having terrible morning sickness! That's how I found out I was pregnant. It's so bad. Drinking ginger ale/club soda and eating crackers seems to help a lot. I've been keeping a cup of water/box of crackers by my bed (my mom's suggestion) for a couple days, and that helps a lot when I first get up. But yeah, it can hit any time and it STINKS!

Morning sickness was kind of an all-day thing for me during my pregnancy.
I guess it depends on the person. Not all girls have morning sickness.

mine isn't really morning sickness, more like anytime sickness.
its better some days than others. i'm only 7 weeks in so i hope it ends eventually.
my mom has me keep crackers by my bedside
i've found that drinking warm to hot water helps my stomach hurt less when i feel like getting sick.

morning sickness for me does not suck that much because it's just like having a fever. when you stand up, you get dizzy and you feel sickly. but the good thing about morning sickness is that, it's not all day. 4laugh
and morning sickness has something good to give you anyway-- a baby! smile
not like when you get sick and then when it passes, you dont have any benefit...you just got well...
sorry, i think i didnt make sense. hehehe! 4laugh

it sucks, you cant eat some foods like you used to or it makes you sick, and certain smells make you sick, but i have a pamphlet that says to help morning sickness to:

1.Open a window to let fresh air in and stale air out
2.Get up slowly when you wake up
3.Stay away from smells that make you sick
4.Eat cold foods if the smell of food makes you sick
5.Eat any food that stays down
6.Eat small amounts of food every one to two hours
7.drink liquids, but take small sips

and if you cant keep anything down call your doctor.

I couldnt keep foods down becuase i was a bulimic before i got pregnant
