The chatterbox story!

I shall give you a starter, which will go right about... (wait for it in a second........................................the next post ^_^')
From that starter you add up to 2 words at a time.
You may use more than two words in the case of names. (ie: President (name), Vice Principal (name), (first name) (last name)) Also, some words like 'a lot' will count as one word.
The story must end at the 'goal' which will be given to you both below and on the start post.
If the person above you used more than two words, you are to:
1)report it to me through a pm. Use this format:
Title will be "Chatterbox Story Rule Breaker"
