I have found something for our stressed members and members who are tired of gaia's antics.
It's called the Better Business Bureau and it has a page and claim for gaiaonline
http://sanjose.bbb.org/Business-Report/Gaia-Online-230465
Complaint List:
*Cash Offers Navigation Bar Cinema's 3rd Party Sponsors/Advertising?

it looks like these complaints may not be anonymous X.x i'm inquiring but if you choose to file a complaint with real addresses and names it seems like the complaints will go answered depending on subject? idk the statistics seem unreal for how jacked up Gaia is.

I'm not sure, but don't believe anonymity is allowed with the BBB.

"49/79 - Agreeing to perform according to contract" I don't believe either of those numbers. The first is too high and the second too low ><
Oh, and "No questions about the truth of this company's advertising has come to our attention. " Anyone care to change that? *cough*cash offers*cough*
EDIT: Oh, and AFAIK, anonymity is NOT allowed for complaints. Not sure about that "trustlink affiliate" programme they have though. Probably needs proper details too.

I explored a little but it was 4AM when i really looked into all this. I kinda want to fill out a form stating that cinema's are broken, the navigation bar is whacked and i guess cash offers would be something else to call into question?
I think people could list complaints and others who feel like actually filing out a complaint can reply that they have sent a complaint stating those reasons? biggrin
*makes list in an edit*

Hmm...I'm not what google calls a "US person" so I probably can't file with the BBB, and I definitely can't buy google stock sad
But I think the cash offers would fall under the category of "questionable advertising" (at least I think there was one category along these lines). I wonder if relaying 3rd-party complaints (e.g. from the site feedback/petitions boards) will be accepted by BBB? If so, we already got alot of material to work with.

Though I suppose if you bought something for real money or something then you could file a complaint?

You would think the rating would be lower considering there "free cash" offers. They are all bull s**t and involve a lot of scams of which you end up paying for anyways. I just think the safest way to get cash is via gift card. I mean if they allow third party viewing on the supposed free offers God knows what they do when we pay for it. I hope parent's are paying attention and don't let there kids sign up for offers on here.

Keira Laoch I came across this. She is M.A.D.http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/questions-assistance/earn-gaia-cash-video-professor-payout-problem/t.55471339/ Haha. She should have filed the complaint with the BBB. I don't understand how Gaia could have a BBB rating of an "A". The people having problems with Gaia should report it to BBB and not the admins. It's obvious that Gaia admins really won't do anything. Hell, you could have your account banned for two years (as that one male commenter did) because the admins are "too backed up" to deal with the problems. Of course, they wouldn't be so "backed up" if they didn't unfairly ban users on the assumtion they did something wrong.
-sigh- But, I'm ranting.

There is probably a at least a civil if not criminal cause for action here if what she says is true...I'm sure there's a lawyer out there who will be willing to take the case.
That aside, ranting on the forums is useless, and even dangerous, as already mentioned (unless you're here, of course). Most of the board moderators are punks with Bahnhammers who couldn't spot a real problem if it walked up and introduced itself.
How Gaia got an "A" on BBB you ask? Anyone hear of click fraud on Google ads? Think major report fraud and fake rankings...I won't put even that beyond Craig.
Got to feel her pain though...real money involved, something supposed to be simple and fun turns out the opposite and you realise you're up against a stony blank wall.
