Pattern/s: His skin is crackin because of the pressure from the fire inside of him, this shows like cracks of molten lava gloving read and firey.

Back Scales: Dark black metal like, with the cracks of molten lava.
Under-eye Scales: matching.
Neck Plates: Dark black metal like, with the cracks of molten lava.
Belly Plates: Dark black metal like, with the cracks of molten lava.
Leg Scales: Dark black metal like, with the cracks of molten lava. Perhaps more a shade of blood red than the rest.
Hooves: Black.

Eyebrow: Removed?
Cheekfur: no fur
Eartip Tufts: no fur
Mane: Customised - To look like the "finlike thing" he has on his back. this should continue down to the end of his tail. And under his chin as seen on ref pic.

Edits: Dragon wings, spread out, with some minor rips in them. Spikes and scales as the rest of his body, and ofcorse the rips with the lava.

Legs: "Spikes" on legs instead of the fur normally there.

Other details: He has various spikes and scars and scales all over his body. This is one sinister and insane beeing, and his body shows that!

And if it would be possible I would like to change the background a bit, just to make it darker and perhaps ashy like it has been a fire, with a bit of glow left in places..
