Introduction

In the year 3008, the Earth's sun has turned red and several failed Legion applicants who were born on Earth have banded together to form the Justice League of Earth under the leadership of Earth-Man after he claims that Superman was a human who gained his powers from "Mother Earth". Earth-Man uses the claim to have Earth secede from the United Planets and ban all aliens from Earth, resulting in several Legionnaires going underground.

Duskcrawler made his way down the street with several crime bosses locked in the trunk of their cars. He looked up at the sky and said,
"This is getting boring." Duskcrawler kept walking down until, suddenly, a blue, circular object floating above him sucked him in. Duskcrawler grew wings and attempted to fly away but he was not strong enough. He was sucked in and fell down onto a platform. He looked up and saw flying cars. Duskcrawler looked around and saw odd-looking creatures and said to himself,
"I think I know where I am. I'm in the future."
