Slightly complicated word game, I couldn't think of a better noun to use.
Either way, we start off with the initial phrase...
"There was a Hollow that swallowed a fly
I don't know why it swallowed a fly
Perhaps it'll die"
then the next person goes...
"There was a Hollow that swallowed a spider,
That wriggled and jiggled and tickled inside it,
It swallowed the spider to catch the fly,
I don't know why it swallowed a fly,
Perhaps it'll die"
It keeps building up but every two lines (1&2, 2&4) must contain the same amount of syllable (There was a hol-low that swa-llow-ed a spi-der)
Try to think of other things than the original poem! (Person who gets the most laughs wins any way I'll start...

(Okay...I'll bite, let's see how it goes, living things are normally more appropriate for this but we'll see)
There was a hollow that swallowed an optician
Had to wonder how it swallowed an optician
It swallowed the optician to test the eye
I don't know why it swallowed an eye
Perhaps it'll die
