Yea I'm going to erase my Seated Officer in Squad 1 so I can make a Arrancar if that is fine with everyone, if not I will resume my duties as a Shinigami.

I really don't know I just feel more comfortable as a Arrancar.

It is said that once every 500 hundred years a special child is born that has the ability to change fate, change destiny any way she wants. You might wonder how this child uses this great power. That is easy it’s as simple as writing a letter, she writes what she wants to happen to someone anyone and it happens, but she must do so in 60 seconds as soon as she writes the name she must be as detailed as she wants in another 40 seconds, and when she is finished what she wrote will happen. Yes the child is a girl, originally it is the duty of the captain commander to keep this child safe, that is if he or she knows who and where this child is, but that was not the case this time, this time the captain commander gave the responsibility to the 12th division, not because he didn’t want to, but because he knew he could trust this very special order with them. That’s right the3rd Seat of the 12th Division happens to be this child.
