Because street level heroes need some fun, too.
basic rp info aside, such as a need to post your profile in the first post, this rp involves charaters that, with the exception of dr strange, arn't ridiculously powerful. mainly, marvel knights consist of street level and b list heroes such as iron fist, moonknight, spider man, punisher, daredevil, etc.
The start of the story will take place in Hell's kitchen. where it goes from there is up to us and how we play.
all I ask is that you write legibly and, if you're going to play multiple roles, make it clear what's happening and which character is doing what, by either changing text colors for diff characters, or seperating it like this:

Alias:AKA Moon knight, aka Steven Grant, Aka Jake lockley
Super Power(s): A highly skilled martial artist, aside from his already olympic level physical prowess, he's mystically imbued with ancient magic from both his patron god, Konshu, god of the moon, as well as ancient ancestral mystic blood from demonic crossbreeding and kaballah practitioners. though he doesn't actually use magic himself, he has some psychic power. Though his main psychic power is precognition, his combination of low level psychic powers, mystical endownment, and cia training has also made him resistant to magic attacks and psychich assaults as well. resistant, but not invulnerable.
Aside from this, he also has the ability to increase his strength, speed, endurance and healing factor with the waxing and waning of the moon. more moon showing=more power.
other than that, he has a wide assortment of weapons, including some admantium and vibranium weapons, and lots of money. and he's come back from the dead at least 5 times.
Age: 32
Personality: though he's skilled enough and perceiving enough due to his training in the marines and the cia, he's capable of being very unstable due to his split personality disorder.
Background History: Way too long to tell. the short of it: he was a merc, got killed, resurrected by an Egyptian god (a pattern that would reoccur frequently in his life) and would act as that God's avatar on earth, simultaneously trying to redeem himself of his past sins while doling out, at times, rather violent, gruesome vengeance on the guilty.
Citizenship: Multinational, due to various aliases from his CIA days.
Occupation: Multiple, including: entrepreneur, Multi-millionaire, stock broker, philanthropist, taxi driver, mercenary, boxer, ex-marine and CIA liaison.

The flames lit up the city skyline the way a bonfire lit up a campground for racists looking to hang minorities in drunken rage down south. To say the flames smelled of hate and blood would be like saying snow is cold.
He looked back at the building one last time before taking leave of the authorities. He wasn't a bad guy, but of all the vigilantes and heroes in the city, the disdain held for Moon Knight and his questionable methods of justice in New York City, or any other part of the superhero community in the US, for the matter, was second only to the Punisher's.
It didn't matter to him though. For all the terrible things he had done in the past, Moon Knight knew that everything had to be taken with a grain of salt, and that his road to perdition was far from it's end.
As he continued to run, he noticed a shadow out the corner of his eye. a human shadow. could this have been the person who started the fire? It was worth a shot finding out. He signaled up to Frenchie, his comrade and pilot, in his lunar copter, to put the vehicle into stealth mode, and continued to pursue the suspect, hoping to get something out of him.

 Creator: sapphire_spider Character: Sapphire Spider Age: Mid to late twenties. Costume: Sapphire blue suit and lenses. Black mask, gloves, and boots with spider like design on ends. Main Powers: Clings to surfaces, enhanced abilities, healing powers (herself and others), and psychic webbing that can become as hard or soft as she desires. She doesn't travel by webbing as Spider-man, instead she leaps from rooftop from rooftop since using that much webbing would use too much mental energy. Bio: Acidentally sent to Marvel Universe from her own. Been around this world for a few months now. Extra: My comic book character. Altered her history with the accidental teleportation so she can be played in other worlds. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sapphire Spider kept to the alleys of the large area, her dark costume making her well hidden in the shadows. She had noticed the fire and had gone to check it out, but by the time she had reached it, there was nothing she could do. And with nothing else to do, she started back for the part of the city she was more accustomed to. She really didn't know this part of the city that well, just that it was Daredevil's turf.

Moon knight caught up to the potential suspect, and slammed him down to the ground with a heavy thud. before he could whip around and shoot at him, moon knight threw a crescent shuriken into the perps hand, thus incapacitating him.
"Now," Moon knight snarled, "talk. and quickly. I'm not a patient man, so make it quick, or I'll make you hurt."
With that, moon knight lifts up the perp by his shirt collar and throws him against a wall in the alley. the perp comes crashing down hard and coughs heavily.
But before the perp can finish, Moon knight's upon him like a man possessed, and kicks him sharply in the gut, slamming him into the wall again.
"I don't appreciate insults. and I hate liars even more."
"But I didn't even say anything."
"No...but you were going to. besides, you smell like gas. so start talking...or I'll leave my calling card on you as an example to your boss, whoever he is."
With that, Moon knight pulled the shuriken out of the perps head and threateningly gestured at the perps forehead, implying his "calling card": a crescent shaped scar he leaves on his victims. the more scars, the more severe the crime the criminal had committed. moonknight pondered just how many this perp had earned.

Sapphire continued down the alleys until she heard a bit of commotion comming from one nearby. She paused on the wall she was on and glanced over at it. This really wasn't her turf, but since she was already here, might as well check things out, right?
Carefully, she climbed onto the roof of the building she was on and lept across the street via rooftop. Once she reached the target alley, she carefully peered over the side. Two men, one in a cape. From this high, she couldn't tell exactly what was happening below. Carefully, she slid down the side and began creeping down the wall to get a better look.
Once she could really see them, she stopped and kept as still as she could.
She didn't recognise the man in the cape, so it was hard to tell if he was a hero, or someone who needed to be delt with.

Background History: Vincent Colman grew up abused by his father and bullies. After much enduring, he became strong enough to stand up to his tormentors and fought and won against them. As a young man, he discovered a black mask that gave him powers and a costume. From then on, he became a brutal vigilante named Duskcrawler.

IC: Moonknight stared at the perp, his eyes glowing piercingly.
"You ready to talk?"
the perp shuddered in fear and stuttered, "I..I...I can't man I can't! he'll...he'll kill me man! he'll ******** kill me!"
"WHO! Who's going to kill you? cause right now, the only person you gotta worry about is me!"
"Oh my god, please, man! please please please please please for the love of ******** god, don't hurt me man! I'm....look at me man! look at me! I ******** pissing on my self! I ******** peed my pants! don't you have any pity!"
"pity is only for those who can redeem themselves. begin your road to redemption by telling me what I need, and then I'll let you go."
"BUT I CAN'T! I TOLD YOU HE'S GOING TO ******** KILL ME! HE'S GOING TO KILL ME HE'S GOING TO KILL ME HE'S GOING TO....OH JESUS ******** CHRIST, MAN!"
"WRONG ANSWER!"
Moonknight then began to do his dirty work, and starting beating the perp around, only to pounce on him and begin the carving.

Sapphire grimmaced a bit under her mask. This wasn't her turf, she should just leave. But she wasn't sure she should just let this go. Quickly, she crept farther down the wall. Least she could do was make sure the man didn't kill him.

Before moonknight could get the blade even an inch along the perps forehead, he sense something familiar behind him. he tossed the shuriken backwards at the person he felt behind him and heard it stick into the wall.
"I told you to not to try to do that s**t to me, again, spiderman, because you're not very good at it. If you wanna stop me from having my fun, fine, but you're not gonna stop me from getting what I need from him, so if you have something to say, say it now."

As Duskcrawler sank into the darkness and moved he sensed a powerful being. It was a demon and he knew he couldn't face him alone, but he could always try. Duskcrawler teleported to the demon's location and transformed into his human-like form. He looked at him, his white eyes and white moon constantly changing. The demon glanced back at him and threw a fireball at him. Duskcrawler stood there and the fireball went through him.
"Ah, I see you are going to be a good challenge for me."

Rogue was minding her own business as she walked down the street.
Gripping onto her ipod which was blasting "Coming Undone" By Korn. Narrowing her eyes slightly after she noticed the commotion that was happening across in the alley way. She stood there and watched but didn't go to investigate further what was happening. She knew it would probably be a bad idea to invade someone else's fight.

Duskcrawler pounced the demon and turned a piece of shadow into a hand grenade. He shoved the grenade into his side and jumped off. It detonated but the demon returned. Duskcrawler suddenly saw a girl with brown hair and white streaks and yelled,
"Get out of here, you're going to get hurt!" When he was done shouting, the demon grabbed him and impaled him.

Rogue noticed Duskcrawler speaking out to her but her music muffled out her surroundings. Tugging out the ear pieces, enabling her hearing again.
"What did yew say?" Rogue called out.
Rogue eyes widen after she had noticed Duskcrawler getting impaled. Unsure of how to react, she took several steps backwards into the middle of the street. A nearby car spun out sideways, barley missing.
