Background History: Jack was born in Alaska. He was a pretty cool kid until his parents gave him to the FBI so they could do experiments on him. After a while they made Jack into the perfect super hero. He could control ice and control roses to grow wherever he wanted. People thought of him as an outcast due to his super hero powers so he know answers everybody with "What The Hell Do You Want". Kotaru then shut himself out from the world and is going to use his Superpowers for good. He also think ahead of battle. Jack plays chess very well. He is very much like Raven from the Teen Titans.
