Characters at Doors Nightclub are not RP required. No moderator will ever take your character away from you, unless it was received through a special free event, and the rules of the event stated otherwise.

However, if you wish your character to grow, you must RP in one capacity or another. Each stage has specific requirements, which are listed in the next post. Once these requirements are met, characters will be added to the artist 'to do' lists, and they will evolve and change as soon as the artist completes the artwork.

Please note that any RP done before you get art and a cert does not count toward these requirements. Sorry guys, but the tally starts when you get your art!

RP Points
Instead of requiring a certain number of specific RPs, here at Doors we merely require that you accumulate a certain number of point through various types of RP. As a result, you can pick and choose which kind of thread you like best, or participate in special in-thread or guild events to get more posts toward your character!

• Group RPs - 5 points a page.
  Group RPs are any RP threads involving more than one person.
  Longer RPs are awarded more points, through this system.
  
  
• Lit Threads - 1 point per 100 words.
  Lit threads are any one-person RPs, whether they be solo RP, journal entries, newspaper articles, or whatever else you might come up with.
  The more you write, the more insight given into your character, the more points you get!
  
  
• RP prompts - Case-by-case.
  RP prompts will be posted by the moderators, and replies will get points as outlined in the specific prompt rules.
  These will be mainly responses by characters.
  
  
• Special Events - Case-by-case.
  Special events will be posted by the moderators, and participants will get points as outlined in the specific event rules.
  These could be anything the mods come up with!
  
  
• Items - Item-specific.
  Items can be purchased for gold or won through events, given out by moderators, to replace the need for a certain number of points.
  Items are not being offered at this time.
